Hows your balance? Im still working on balance, everyday. Not only in exercise, but in daily life too. Trying to BALANCE everything that Ive my sights on accomplishing. Starting my own business, homeschooling our 3 kids, volunteering & being a longtime BOD member for our local Little League, trying to be the best Mom and Wife that I can possibly be, and taking care of all the regular household duties moms should do...ALL OF THAT needs BALANCE. I absolutely have not found the ideal balance for my day to day...but I have found a workout that helps me FEEL balanced. PiYo has done amazing things for me, physically & mentally. Its calming mentally and butt-kicking physically...both at the same time. Makes you stronger! #PiYo #Balance #Stronger Caution: Music will play!
