Hubby and I love flea markets, antique and thrift stores, yard sales....this little treasure was found in the back of a local antique store...we think its handmade from sturdy pine...its definitely well made and probably has been around for awhile. As with most of us who have been around awhile, its got a few little dings and scratches...but over all, its in great condition for its age...(much like me, LOL ) Ive hand painted flowers, grasses, and bees on all four sides and the front has a couple of sweet faced ferrets and the word MAIL. What a great way to collect those pesky bills and important letters to organize your desk.
