Hubby and I received our shakeology and piyo delivery yesterday. Just prepared our breakfast and lunches for the week. I will be using the shakeology and he will be using a whey protein based shake. (Limited income right now) but we are excited to start December off on a good note. The plan is to get up an hour early and exercise before work. Fingers crossed no one presses the snooze. Hehe. Thank you all for all your posts..words of encouragement..ect. Especially you..Rachel Timothy Greenholt. We are excited to get the ball rolling..and by announcing this - I hope it will help hold us accountable during the process :-)
