Hubby is gathering materials to build me a tiny house. Our objective is to do this as inexpensively as possible due to budget constraints. We are using materials we have on hand. We removed the wooden fencing around the property as some of it was in bad shape. Because we had so much lumber we decided on this project. Love to recycle and reuse. Some items we will purchase but we will be looking ar auctions, habitat stores, thrift stores and barters etc. No big box stores for us! Last night at auction we purchased a vinyl remnant that will fit the kitchen area. We got this for a song. Today we went to an estate sale . I found some really nice lace curtain panels that will fit the suspension rods around the cast iron tub. These were recently dry cleaned because they were still bagged and only $4.00 We try to find fun projects to keep us going.. there are so many things that drag us down. If we allowed all of the negativity to ruin our lives I dont think we could awaken each day. Having purpose is important as you get older.
