Huge question!!! A friend signed up to MAPS using my daughters laptop, of course she now has signed up using her own laptop and has not been successful in logging in ever since. It seems her IP address has now been identified with her friend, despite the fact that her address and location is different to her friend who lives elsewhere. Any suggestions? We have cleared the cookies, caches etc but no resolve. She cannot access the Support via her MAP page so therefore cannot send them a support ticket! HELP!!!! and thank you in advance for any help!!!
