Hugs.. Hugging is healthy. We all need to be touched n often, some times we fear/face rejection. We therefore resort to patting…even Dogs! We are at least confident that the dogs won’t turn n say..Hands Of Me, You Jerk! . Even Medical experts say..We need to hug each other, not just only the dog! Hugging, Ms. Pallavi, a Sr. Consultant Psychologists from Mumbai, says ..It can lift DEPRESSION n boost the body’s immunization system tuned up. Hugging breathes fresh life into the tired bodies n makes one feel younger n more vibrant. It is said that a leading Psychiatrist inthe U.S.in his clinic prescribes to his patients a “HUG” treatment…--“ Get Your Hug In The Morning as soon as you get up, A Hug at Lunch time, One more at Dinner n The 4th before retiring to bed! You will feel better. Helen Colton in her book- Joy of Touching –explains..tye Hemoglobin in the blood increases significantly, when touched or hugged. It is because it is the hemoglobin that carries the vital supplies of oxygen to Brain, the heart n the rest of the bodymaking Hug look very important. Some may say, I am not the ‘hugging type’.it is still possible to become hugging-kind of . You needn’t have to hug any one and everyone you meet but from some what, some time you have to get/share/accept your share of hugs, which you consciously do..
