Human Resource Executive Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Administers various human resources policies and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbook, policies and proced ures. • Develop and administer compensation programs, monitor performance evaluation program and revise them when necessary • Conducts recruitment effort for all • Handles employee relations issues, outplacement counseling and exit interview • Recommend various personnel actions, including but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions and vacation schedules. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. • Training and Development , Knowledge on HRDF Reimbursement • Payroll calculation, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, OT, ALLOWANCE, and INCENTIVE. Requirements • Candidates must possess at least a Higher Diploma with minimum 7 years’ experience ( Senior ) or 3 years’ experience ( Junior ) or a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management. • Minimum 5 – 8 years of working experience in similar field for Degree holders is an added advantage • To provide human resource administration related documents and assists in managing the personnel related documents • Female preferred • Well versed in Labour Legislation and other related laws. • A multi-tasking person and able to work under pressure • Work Independent • Knowledge on ISO is an added advantage Interested candidates, please express your interest by stating your expected salary and forward to me a WORD COPY of your CV to nithyah.scientrade@gmail
