Human Resource Officer Introduction Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Human Resource Officer, Training & Development For HR Outreach. Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for conducting training programmes for management and non-management staff for Clinical Laboratory and Integrated Medical Services as per required needs. Specifically s/he will be responsible to: 1.Assess and analyze training needs on a regular basis through surveys, training needs assessments, interviews with employees, focus group discussions, and/or consultation with clients; 2.Design and develop training and development programs / modules based on both organization’s and the individual’s needs; 3.Conduct soft skills trainings for management and non-management staff using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures etc. 4.Conduct General Orientation for new staff and Service Excellence Programmes. 5.Organize and conduct pre and post programme activities. 6.Prepare training programmes statistics report and share with senior management on periodic basis as and when required. 7.Maintain training and development records for all the employees in order to build systematic statistical information. 8.Carry out special projects pertains to training and development as and when required. Requirements •Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development or related field with two to three years relevant experience •Ability to perform and interpret needs analyses, and translate the findings into actionable next steps; •Excellent oral/written communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skills; •Willingness for mobility / frequent visits to other parts of Pakistan; •Ability to work under pressure; •Proficiency in computer software packages (MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint); •Ability to work as a team player. •Demonstrates a strong customer orientation.
