Human Resource Consultant Responsibilities Recruitments: • Perform Business Development by creating new accounts and sources • Understand EA EA (Employment Guru)ers Recruitment needs and establish long term relationships with Clients • Sourcing for suitable candidates through Jobs Portal, Advertisements, referrals, networking etc • Carry out screening, selection of applicants through phone/face to face interviews • Advise applicants on job scope, career progression and advancement • Select and ensure clients and candidates needs and expectations are met • Be a business partner and work closely with the line to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programmes • Placement of job advertisements in job portals, newspapers or other medium • Coordinate interview arrangements for stakeholders and candidates; follow up on candidates application status and subsequent appointments • Application and renewal of work passes via WPOL and EPOL • Monitor recruitment cost and update recruitment reports Employee relations: • Main point of contact with regards to employee relations issue • Responsible for coordinating and submitting of documents to payroll department • Provide counselling to staff and attend to discipline matter • Responsible for resignation process and updates, and conducting exit interview • Housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • With relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Human resource or in Recruitment • Training will be provided • Degree or Diploma in related fields • At least 2 year of staffing experience • Experience in handling mass volume hiring • Knowledge in employment law and work pass related matters • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) • A hands-on and independent person who is proactive, driven and resourceful • Pleasant demeanour and able to interact with all levels of staffs effectively • Presentable, multi-task, persistent and outgoing personality • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with high energy levels and possess a strong service oriented mind-set • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (To work with Mandarin speaking candidates) • Preferably in Staffing industry experience • Only Singaporeans and Spore PRs need apply • Qualification CEI (KAH) or CEI (Basic) • Salary: Negotiable Other Information • Full Time, Permanent • 5-days work week (9am – 6pm) Interested candidate please send your resume with a recent photo to mari@3stargroup or call 6570 1145 for more info. 3 Star Employment Agencies Pte Ltd EA Licence No.: 13C6901 Kathirvel Mariappan (R1434992) 3starjobs https://facebook/3starjobs
