Human Rights, the Human Rights of men and women These are inherent inalienable fundamental rights. We are born free. Male dominated societies think it is up to them to grant them to women or withhold them. That is because they have not evolved properly yet. The problem is that male- dominated societies, patriarchal and tyrannical in concept, and in structure, affiliations and loyalties prevail in the Arab world.
