Humans tend to see animals as commodities, to be sold and bought, - TopicsExpress

Humans tend to see animals as commodities, to be sold and bought, to be used as entertainment, for labour, for food, for clothing and anything else they can be exploited for. Animals are actually very similar to humans (as humans actually are animals) but since they dont possess the same vocal chords and communicate differently they are brushed off as products or livestock, stock being the important term here, when is it right to ever call a living thing stock? Many animals have been proven scientifically to possess more evolved emotional parts of their brains, they actually have stronger family bonds, a lot more loyalty and compassion and a much stronger sense of love than humans possess. I have seen many videos of animals like cows and pigs with tears running down their faces as they are transported to slaughterhouses to be killed, they try to escape as they value their lives just as we do. When a person buys any sort of animal product they are paying for someone else to be cruel to animals and keeping this horrible business going. Its wrong and needs to stop.
