Hundreds of marchers have gathered at the intersection of University and Snelling avenues in St. Paul Monday afternoon to join in the Black Lives Matter movements #ReclaimMLK march to the Minnesota State Capitol. The St. Paul Police Department said the group is headed down Snelling Avenue toward Interstate 94. Officers are trying to redirect the crowd, back toward University Avenue, but they have continued toward the interstate. The Minnesota State Patrol has blocked I-94 ramps at Hamline and Snelling Avenues.
