I was down near Smoaks SC yesterday and a man was on the side of the road cussing an older lady out for hitting his dog. Telling her she had to pay for his dog... I mean you ur coming around a curve and right in the middle of the curve a dog runs out from the right side of the road. Well most people are watching more to the left due to on coming cars...This lady was crying her eyes out and all he could do was cuss at her....BULLSHIT
