Hurray! Finally a Comcast guy helped me and fixed my cable! AND got my credit AND free movie channels for three months AND four free on demand movies. Guy was mad cuz I told them they would never put me through to a tech guy cuz they said it was an outage. Thr outage has been over and my system never rebooted. Plus I had requested a text message to alert me when the outage was resolved and never was! Now Im popping my popcorn cuz The Pacifier is on next!!
