Husbands: No two women can share the same kitchen and the same space for a long time without conflict. For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. Genesis 2:24. Leaving patents is optional; it is a command from God. Every woman desires to have her own independent territory, home or place she can call her own. As far as is possible, leave and establish your own separate home with your wife. Regardless of how close you are to your parents and family do not disregard Gods command to leave. Gods ideal plan is for families to visit each other. But in temporary circumstances where family members have to stay with you; dont let them challenge your wifes decisions and authority in her home.
