I ALMOST FAILED MYSELF TONIGHT! (Semi long post alert..but not really) It was 10:15 pm and I STILL hadnt gotten my double workout in. I also still had to put the sheets on the bed, fold a load of laundry, pack Treys bag for the weekend, make sure my meal prep was ready to go for tomorrow, check my messages, and I am already unbelievably sore from the last fee days workouts! I easily could have said forget it and could have gotten to bed an hour earlier and BELIEVE ME, I WANTED TO, but thanks to the two Challenge Groups I currently have going, I knew that 30+ people were expecting me to check in with them that I had completed my workout! That thought alone of letting all of them down motivated me to throw my trainers on and press the play button TWICE! If you want something bad enough, you have to commit and work for it, but sometimes making that commitment to JUST yourself isnt enough! Having others that are going through the same journey as you who can encourage, motivate and make sure youre keeping that commitment to yourself is needed! Extra accountability can go a LONG way in achieving your goals! And thats exactly what my Challenge Groups do! If youre ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle and want to make some changes but could use that extra push and encouragement, then maybe I could help! Dont let your excuses get in the way of your dreams! If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; If you can dream it, you can become it.
