I AM A BUBBLE, MAKE ME THE SEA ... Cosmic Chants are some spiritually-supercharged chants, mostly written and set to tune by my Master ; there are many of them incredibly beautiful in meaning and melody both. Master who was such an expert in everything he did, used to say, chanting is half the battle ; it prepares the consciousness for meditation. When singing, he got so deeply engrossed in it that Divine Mother would actually appear before him and he would go into the bliss of samadhi ! Initially, some American devotees had reservations about Indian bhajans appealing to people in the West but Guruji would tell them music was a universal soul-language ; spiritual music was never Eastern or Western. And indeed, thousands would sing those bhajans in America for hours creating such strong vibes that many would get healed of their various ailments there itself. Here is one sung by a devotee. Look at the words too (each line is repeated twice, and several times in the end, in reducing volume until it is just a whisper and finally a quiet super-conscious refrain in the mind). Guruji says, God is a tranquil ocean ; he created storms of Maya to generate waves of you and me and all the world. Where can waves and bubbles go except back into the sea ? They are never lost. Even when evaporated by heat of delusion, we rain back and flow into the ocean as rivers....
