I AM A CA Radio show took off yesterday on Harvest Fm from 1630-1700 (Bacha Ba Matla Program); and will be aired, every Monday at the same time for the next six months. Next Week we will be hosting Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) Leadership Representative.They have some interesting developments coming up, there is speculation of offering CIMA soon, Institute of Internal Auditors, MBA, Banking etc.....And that is likely to result in CAS being more than a the training arm of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants. These could mean, LIA, as a professional body would eventually have to find itself competing with CIMA, ACCA, IIA, CIPFA etc. Such a move would make provide no choice but to split the LIA regulation and Professional Body functions......Those who have ears will hear me....
