I AM HOPING, I AM WISHING I am hoping and wishing our country and of course in our locality (city and municipality) should have a big change for the better considering the big issues in the government funds that befell us; PDAF, DAP, (PORK BARREL) corruption and after calamity after calamity. I am hoping the political and electoral system or situation or culture with regards to election in this country or in our locality should change for the best in an election scenario every election when and where Comelec personnel and Government Officials should not do or act or succumb to fraud, cheating or in tinkering and manipulating the PCOS MACHINE, flash cards to make a candidate win by electronic manipulation due to money consideration or pay and INSTEAD they should be more responsible and conscientious to the rights and the will of the voters in the candidate they liked and voted. That the will and rigths of electors/electorate should be protected and that his/her true vote should actually be the one to appear in the election result and not the electronically programmed result. I am hoping the voters/electorates should not vote just for the money, but should be responsible enough to do his research about the candidates and to discern whom to give his/her votes and not just by consideration of money, job, goods from the candidates or government because if the job, goods promised by the incumbents are from the government, these things are already owned by you, voters (from your taxes) because they are not owned by the incumbent (government official) who were/are candidates but by the people/voters. When voters are promised money by incumbent most likely the money is from the government because this government official is receiving salary from the government because you voted him/her into office but voters should consider if this government official or incumbent candidate is still deserving your vote and not because he/she gives you job, goods that also comes from the government because this incumbent is paid to give job, the goods to you because the job, goods from the government is owned by you (created, purchased from your taxes). These incumbents are only there as tool/channel. The job, goods are sure enough to be given to you, to be received by you because the job, goods are not owned by government officials. Whoever would be elected into office either incumbent or challenger candidate you would receive your goods, jobs just the same. Therefore, we are hoping that our election should not be centered on who is the moneyed candidate, who could give money or bigger money but should be centered to who is the candidate that is honest and could be trusted in our taxes, PDAF, DAP, PORK BARREL. And because voting is in an individual candidate to be elected not by group or family, therefore, to vote should not because of his/her surname or position but because of his honesty, God-fearing, and trustworthiness to handle our taxes when elected. Hence, voters should do research, and pray for discernment that he or she should vote for the right candidate. Therefore, if this wish of mine for the good of each and all of us Filipinos would actually come true then we could truly say, do and live as a free and democratic people and country under God.
