I AM PISSED OFF. I got denied unemployment because of my last name. All the unemployment paperwork is under my maiden name and not my married name. I turned in all my documents using my married name, but unemployment is saying they never received any paperwork. Bull**********. I havent used my maiden name for 3 years. My last job was my married name. I made copies and mailed everything on the list. I received a letter about a phone interview four days after the date for the phone interview request. I have tried to call the phone number, but the system hangs up on me. I did contact them thru the website, but no response back.
