I, AVINASH KUMAR (U12EE035) THIRD YEAR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING contesting for the post of BRANCH COUNCILLOR of electrical engineering department. After a depth deliberations and discussions with my colleagues we came out with following points. If you share our views and relate to the issues that this manifesto covers, please show your valued support through your votes. __To bring EES beneath the photon-rays to excite the awareness of department student chapter by -allocating projects to the interested students with proper guidance, arranging workshops on projects related softwares (labview,matlab,keil..) &also on languages like c,c++. -A seperate roof in new extension of our department, rooming the endeavours of students in project works -An enhancement in the fund that meet the needs of project works. __I will emphasize on -enhancment of practical knowledge by frequent industrial exposure to the students helping them comprehend the subject with logical approach. -counting up the seats in departmental summer internship accomodating more number of opportunities for the students grasping internships. __Tieing up the bonding among the seniors & juniors (which we need the most) by pursuing the mentorship programme which resides the database of students categorizing them according to their area of interests from 2nd to final year. __Empowering class councillor like active participation in making of time-table. __Renovation of department library, rooming more number of reading stuffs, acquiring ample space for reading __Alumni-department relationship . In the session of silver jubliee alumni convention of our college we will invite our department senior alumni and an intractive session would be charged in between industrial pioneers(alumni) of our department & students. __Establishing PLACEMENT COUNSELLING TEAM (PCT) associating alumni & final yearites to guide 3rd yearites.
