I, Allan Yeoh Keong Yau, admit to authoring and publishing an article title ‘Audi Glenmarie Negligence – Service Fault and Attempted Manslaughter of Customer’ (“Offending Article”) which was placed on several media sites. I acknowledge that, at all material times, there is no truth in the Offending Article nor were there any reasons to believe that the Offending Article to be true and nothing was known to me to suggest that there might be truth in the Offending Article constitutes a grave and serious libel against Euromobil Sdn Bhd which injured Euromobil’s trading character and business reputation. In the circumstances, I hereby unconditionally, irrevocable and completely retract the Offending Article. Further, I offer my sincerest and deepest apology to Euromobil Sdn Bhd for authoring and causing to be publicised the Offending Article. I undertake not to repeat or cause to be repeated, the Offending Article, or any part thereof, or any like thereof to any third party in the form or medium whatsoever (including but not limited to any electronic form). I further undertake to take steps to ensure that the Offending Article will not be circulated in the form or medium whatsoever by any third party, my agents, my servants or whosoever and if the Offending Article has or is already in circulation due to acts of any third party, my agents, my servants or whosoever, that I will take steps to ensure that the Offending Article is retracted and removed from wherever source that the Offending Article was placed.
