I look at Songhai farm in sapele which over gulped 1 billion naira (not dollars like GE in bringing in oh....naira) and all I saw last I went was "tolotolo and tortoise" I just realise just how bad Delta State has had it. Indeed I hear Uduaghan has improved from his first term performance. I hear secondary schools have been renovated (at all at all na weeeensh abi?), I hear his inter city bus is still functional.
