I CANT DENY THE HAUSAS IN ANIOMA THEIR RIGHTS-Nwaoboshi Chief (Barr.) Peter Nwaoboshi, the PDP candidate in the forthcoming senatorial election has promised the Huasas resident in Anioma area that all their rights shall be given them when he becomes senator from May 2015. Chief Nwaoboshi said this today at his campaign office on Okpanam road, Asaba, while addressing the leaders and executive members of the various Hausa natives in Anioma. He noted that he has a long & good relationship with the Hausas, dating back to his relationship with late Alhaji Shehu Musa. He remarked that the Hausa bloc helped him in 1991 to win his NRC chairmanship election. Chief Nwaoboshi noted that the essence of representation is to empower people, either through govt appointment or creation of jobs. He stressed that he has done both & promised to do more. In his opening speech, the Oshimil north council chairman, Hon. Louis Ndukwe, stressed that it was good that voters voted candidates with the fear of God. He said that Nwaoboshi was straight forward & focussed, therefore, he should be voted for. The highly elated Hausas thanked chief Nwaoboshi for the meeting. They where drawn from the nine local govts in Anioma.
