I CANT SAY MRUTTU ADMINISTRATION NI BURE KABISA, because they are our leaders! But to be fair, in their 9 months progress report, I will give Mruttu administration F in development, F in planning, D- in communication with the public, F in management of county affairs. In summary, Mruttu administration has failed the ttc people in the last 9 months or so. If anyone in the county administration think this is not a fair grade, let him or her come out and tell the people what they have done for the people so far. Yet, they being paid monthly. Mruttu has done nothing in the last 9 months. I believe Mruttu will do nothing and by the end his term, he will have done nothing to show in ttc. Thats what we voted for ( nothing) and thats what we are getting ( nothing). Technocrats are hard to convert into politicians. Once a technocrat always a Technocrat. Its this simple! A development conscious leader is known from day one in office. Can you imagine if a development minded governor was in office and jubilee government tried to play politics with voi -mwatate-wundanyi road construction what could have happened? Can a governor anywhere in the country, get a project rolling in his hands and have it snatched from his hands without a single fight? If we had a different governor, the government will have to first break the hands of the governor and of the people who elected him before they can attempt to take back a project already on the ground. Regardless of the excuse. But with Mruttu, its business in the county as usual. Give the people hope, take the peoples hope away, to Mr. Mruttu nothing matters. Its a shame! Ttc citizens, I guarantee you, if we had a true peoples voice, a true Mwangeka kind of governor, by now, no vehicles will cross voi to Nairobi. Mombasa Nairobi road will be closed in voi until the government finds money needed to complete the project. And as we speak, the project will be going on. As the Bible teaches, The Kingdom of God suffers violence, and the violent ones take it by force. Sometimes, thats the only way things get done. Its this simple! Mr. Mruttu and his team wamelalia masikio. I cant say Mruttu administration ni bure kabisa because they are our leaders, but I am not too happy with their progress report.
