I Corinthians 15:58 (NIV): “Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain...” Thoughts on This Verse: If you build your life on the work of God and His plan for your life, you can persevere, and even triumph regardless of what happens to you. No work you do for God is in vain. If your focus is on working for Him and pleasing Him, nothing will be able to move you. Life is full of fickle things: financial investments, friends, opportunities. Nothing is truly sure except the things of God. Stand firm for God!
