I DESIRE YOU TO KNOW ME, SAYS THE LORD! The Lord woke me up at 3 am this morning (Sunday 10.19.14) to share this with me so I can share it with his people at this hour. The Lord said, so many of my people are having hard times right now because of listening to lies and dwelling on them rather than coming to me and listen to my truth. My people are limited in the way they perceive truth around them. They are narrow in their thinking and distracted in their focus. They sit down with me and share their own ideas and strategies and leave my presence without listening to what I want to say. Disappointment comes from being distracted in the focus and lacking in knowing me. Dont set your assurance on your wisdom or your plans. Dont set your hope on one door as your door of rescue and provision. Dont limit me the UNLIMITED by your own limited views and abilities. I AM God and my thoughts are higher and my ways are different. I will come to rescue and I will heal your wounds and restore your strength but I want you to let go of your own assumptions and plans and to follow me whole heartedly so I lead you in paths of righteousness to come out in deliverance with so much confident in Me, Your God, and my divine wisdom to save, redeem and provide. Who among the gods is like you, LORD? Who is like you-- majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders? Exodus 15:11 8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, declares the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55 He brought to my remembrance Elijah running away from Jezebel desiring to go home and how when the Lord met him with a gentle whisper, Elijah told him that he alone stood to fight as a true prophet to God and how now he feels threatened by Jezebel who wanted to kill him. Elijah felt afraid, confused, disappointed and lonely. 12 After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. 13 When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave.1 Kings 19 Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?” 14 He replied, “I have been very zealous for the Lord God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, torn down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too.” The Lord showed me that Elijah was consumed to fear and loneliness by a Lie that he believed but when he took his matters to God, God by his mercy and grace reveals the truth to him and show him a New strategy and a new way. Here is what the Lord told Elijah : 1 Kings 19 15 The Lord said to him, “Go back the way you came, and go to the Desert of Damascus. When you get there, anoint Hazael king over Aram. 16 Also, anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from Abel Meholah to succeed you as prophet. 17 Jehu will put to death any who escape the sword of Hazael, and Elisha will put to death any who escape the sword of Jehu. 18 Yet I reserve seven thousand in Israel—all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal and whose mouths have not kissed him.” Elijah ran away from Jezebel threatened, afraid, confused and lonely thinking that is it, I am done, Jezebel killed all Gods true prophets and I am the only one left and he literary ran to his life but when He came to Gods presence, truth has been revealed and the Lord told him NO Elijah I have preserved 700 prophets and kept them safe and they are alive.
