I, Dan Burdick in the USA write, Conventional Psychiatry is fraud. Corruption in Mainstream Psychiatry is not so much a problem as an all pervasive condition (at Harvard, Joseph Biederman, M.D. promised a drug company favorable-for-them test results from a clinical test he had not done yet; Johnson & Johnson bribed State officials to require doctors to use their product Risperdal). NAMI https://nami.org/Template.cfm?Section=posttraumatic_stress_disorder APA/WPA/NIMH Psychiatry consists of propaganda, every word is propaganda. Drug, Shock, Psychosurgery Psychiatry merged with the drug companies in the 1970s as Robert Whitaker has documented. Because the efforts of Abram Hoffer, M.D. and Humphrey Osmond (in the area of Chemotherapy in Psychiatry utilizing biological chemicals) were (tacitly) not included into Psychiatry between 1955 and 1967 and it became obvious to them that they had to create their own Journal... and then, in 1973, all the work of theirs and their fellows in Psychiatry were outcast, denounced by the fraudulent peer-review crafted by the APA and NIMH (and ACNP member Thomas Ban,M.D.) called the A.P.A. Task Force 7 Report ...because of this one can see that the merger happened before Robert Whitaker demonstrates it happening. Using the phrase the disorder is to use terminology of Conventional Psychiatry. Using the word PTSD is using a propaganda word of Conventional Psychiatry. Using the word PTSD and then the phrase the disorder and then following this up by writing the illness is to very much employ their crafted propaganda argot. (Why would a person use the term disorder and then illness unless on the side of Ascendant Fraudulent Psychiatry? Illness is not a logical word a human being speaking English would employ, as in: After participating in War killing, being wounded and nearly killed, being in constant danger, being abused for months and seeing friends and associates killed the unfortunate soldiers mind caught a disease, the soldier contracted psychic malaria. Once back stateside a Convention Psychiatrist diagnosed the soldier with BMMI (Brain Mind Malarial Illness) and using the power of the prescription pad made a Medical order for antibrainmindmalariant pills calling them medications. Going next to a Psychotherapist (recommended by psychosocial mileau theorist Peter Breggin, M.D.) the therapist did BMMI PQT Therapy work with the patient. Psychic Quinine Therapy for BMMI is an underutilized Evidence Based Practice marginalized by the forces of the ascendant Mainstream Psychiatry. (If only they has a larger slice of The Pie the world would be the better for it.) Post traumatic stress could be stated without the official capitol letters. One could avoid using the word disorder and then in the next breath illness because doing that is very much a propaganda device, plot that they often use.
