I Dr Aftab Ashraf Founder Member and Ex Press Secretary YDA Punjab Currently Working In Punjab Institute Of Cardiology hereby Resign from my membership of YDA Punjab in protest to unjustified action of General Council as Dr Hamid Butt was disowned from the post of Patron In Chief YDA Punjab. Its not about Hamid Butt. Its about Tradition and about Ideology. We have to think that the person who made it and we got almost each and every achievement in his time for doctors community is being disowned by these people. WHY?????? What is his mistake? I need Feedback and I need justifications. As I know some of his Mistakes for example he raised his voice against the performance of General Council on these issues: 1.He raised his voice that why 3000 doctors has not been promoted in senior cadre as promised in service structure. 2. Why issue of unpaid PG is not solved 3. Why pay raise issue has not been entertained on efficient pace to be raised to 90,000 in 3 year time as promised by GOVT. 4. SKMH issue credibility??? 5. Unpaid house officers and post graduate trainee issues. 6. PPSC/ADHOC issues. General council disowned him as he was bringing each and everything in front of doctors community on facebook and was directly engaging common members of YDA. Is It A Mistake What he was doing? I Think its not crime to stand for truth, To stand for basic rights of young doctors. Anybody who will fight for basic rights of working class, Including Young Doctors I Dr Aftab Ashraf will stand for it.
