I FINALLY SHOT A TORNADO!!!!!! PARAMUS - Officials with the National Weather Service have confirmed that an EF-1 tornado struck Paramus on Monday shortly before 3:20 p.m. Residents spent much of Tuesday cleaning up following the strong winds and heavy rain that knocked dozens of trees into yards and on top of homes. Wood chippers were out on Alpine Drive for the cleanup after large trees took down power lines and struck houses. I got the photos traveling south on the Garden State Parkway Southbound, between Exits 171 and 168. You can see the twister crossing the highway. (Another "must do" crossed of of my bucket list) Weather in NJ changing.
