I FOUND A DOG!! LOOKING FOR THE OWNER!! I was driving down Romeo Plank today by 22 Mile. A male dog....looks like a Shepard/Black Lab mix was walking on Romeo Plank! Cars slowed down...but I was the only one to stop and catch him. When I pulled off the side off the road..I bottomed out my little Solstice...which now needs repair...and the wet soagy...sweet dog happily jumped in my car! I said a prayer to St Francis to help...and this is crazy...the first house I went to had a nice young girl...leaving for work...at a VET HOSPITAL...who happily took the dog. He doesnt have a chip...so we are going to post pictures(to follow) and try to find the owner. I did all of this in the rain, dressed up for Halloween in 80s exercise clothes...leg warmers...leotard and all...I had just taught 2 classes. My car is soaked and smells like a wet dog, and I am taking it in for the bumper to be re-attached for $100 tomorrow...but heck...I probably saved the dogs life so its worth it!!
