I Found some photos from last year of Avah and Maddie from two years ago💛 Maddie is doing ok today .. Still very tired but is eating great!!! She didnt have a good night last night :( she woke with a another nightmare and was up for hours:( clinic days just make her so anxious😥 But she finally fell back asleep around 3am and was up around 10am. Cherish every single moment of every single day ... Today is a gift .... Hug your kids tight... She started cycle 18 of treatment last night so she will continue to get all 4 chemos every night until we have her next set of tests again in a couple weeks, no date yet . But the scan anxiety is already here 😳 She will have a complete brain and spine Mri along with an echo and EKG. Then the next day she will have her spinal tap they cant do them On the same day nb they have to Make sure her spine is free of any tumors before they poke her spine for the lumbar puncture. We will see what her tests show to see if or what we will be continuing as far as her treatment goes. Its a clinical trial that is currently month by month right now with no end date. She has exhausted all protocols that is available around. Her oncologist has discussed her case with the tumor board and other drs and hospitals and they all say this is her best chance. But with her now being on it for 18 months its getting harder to say whats going to happen , like her dr says its uncharted water!! But I have faith that she will beat this .. She is so very strong and brave!!! She is my hero 💛 Plus we have all of you by our side praying for her too!! Miracles happen everyday and I know she will be one!! I havent been sleeping well bc of everything and plus not being able to get comfortable with this baby boy 😁 But I will miss all his kicks and movements. I went in last night and had my first steroid shot and I have to go back in tonight for my second one. I go in Tuesday for my now weekly ob visits and I will start my non stress tests on Tuesday as well. Then I have another ultrasound on the 30th to check my placenta and to see how hes growing. Bc of the placenta previa it can effect his growth but so far hes doing good. Then at 36 weeks they will do an amino to check lung development and if its good they will schedule a csection to take him. 🙏 thank you everyone for all the love, support and prayers!! We have received so many caring and loving messages and comments. It just brings so much joy to our family !! I wake up everyday with my heart so heavy ... With so much going on in our lives right now but looking at these two angels makes all that go away❤️ They both give me strength to go through each and everyday !! We fight each and everyday . Everyday is a gift and we cherish every single moment that is given to us. Life is a roller coaster filled with so many ups and downs , sadness, love, hope, discouragement, let downs and I could go on and on but ... We get through each and everyday with strength !! Im posting this just to vent and please dont feel like you have to help !! All we ever ask is for prayers and to spread awareness for Maddie but with this said ... I know we dont usually ask for help, even though people say we do... but ... We still have the youcaring set up from months ago. We also have a paypal account set up as well. We are in need on monetary donations as well as daily necessities . With this baby coming early .. (4 weeks) All we have is a crib that a special person donated but with no mattress and we just got a changing table from a very special person of my target registry and we have gotten tons of clothes- thank you to everyone that has sent things and donated 😘🙏 We have also received a couple packages of diapers and wipes. I have registered at Amazon , Target and Babies R Us. Im not picky if its new or used stuff as long as it works and is in good condition. We will get through this and I have faith that this year will be our year.
