Once we know what the full picture is, and we know what the member is looking for, please send me a summary and we can make a decision that is best for everyone. We need to check with our loss mitigation department. If this was sent to a collection firm than they have been the delinquent. Importance: High Public Service Credit Union RE: Matt and Natalie Brown Accounts Date: October 13th, 2014 I am writing to notify you that as of today we have went without any response from PSCU we have been assured of, each month, several times since approximately April 2014. At this point I assume PSCU is content with the negative reality it has created and I assure you I intend to put this matter in front of each Denver based media investigator, social media (Yelp, Google+, Foursquare etc) as well as the BBB and Attorney Generals office. I feel I have been afforded no other option as the consumer whose Credit Union has literally went into hiding. As my corporate office is just 2 blocks from your main office, I have also thought about if I need to take my message to the street in front of your main office, encouraging others to think twice before finding trust in your organization. I am beside myself that an organization that runs so many adds about being a part of the community would handle themselves this way.To recap what has transpired- each month until April my wife would usually call 416-5000 and speak to Sean. Sean would look at each of our accounts and tell my wife what needed to be deposited to bring each account current for the month and she would make the payment. In April when she called he was on vacation, and the lady my wife spoke to was very unsure of what she was doing and apparently quoted my wife a payment that was not adequate to keep our accounts current. Every month since then we have been into both your Greeley and Windsor branches and been told that someone would be back in touch with us to resolve. We attempted to make payments but were told our accounts had been sent away. Today I receive a call from a Janet with a Francy Lawfirm at 720.420.4302 stating she had both our Line of Credit (2L03) for $2,141 and our Contract (2L05) for $3,450 and that my only option was to deal with her. I assure you given the way PSCU has went into hiding and avoided us I will file bankruptcy before I will repay PSCU through the threats of a collections agency. We had made our payments and did what we could each month to keep our accounts current. It was not for our error, as my wife asked specifically as she had each month, what needed to be paid. This is the short version- I will send a much more detailed account explaining our monthly attempts to get a response and help #pscucolorado #pscu #publicservicecreditunion https://pscu.org/wp-content/themes/html5blank-master/images/header_left.png
