I HAVE to share something with you all. PLEASE, I beg you to read this! I went into conference with a little bitterness in my heart. I had been a Ruby for a straight 9 months, and I had been BUMMED about it. I was bummed because I had clawed my way to try my hardest to reach Diamond by the end of 2014 to earn a $10,000 bonus, which I barely missed. Deep breath...(yes, Im ugly crying as I type this). Constantly during conference, our top leaders and our amazing CEO talked about the importance of RUBIES....how they are vital to success, how they are precious. (I cannot catch my breath and cannot hold it together over the crying, sorry). okay...so, by the end of conference, they announce that bonuses are NOW double than they were the month before and that I have until March 31st to not just earn my diamond, but my double and my triple diamond bonus....a grand total of $100,000 in bonuses!! This RUBY...this amazingly wonderful, heart and hard working RUBY have DIAMONDs around the corner with a bigger payout. Who do I give ALLLLLL this glory to? My ALMIGHTY, WONDERFUL, POWERFUL, LOVING, GIVING GOD! He showed me that Im worthy....and that the wait for a bigger payout would make HIM shine FAR greater than anything else!!!!!! God KNEW I would go thru every trial for a reason SO I could look back in amazement! HIS plan is MUCH bigger than mine! He is about to SHOW OFF EVEN MORE in the next 69 days!!!!! Oh, thank you Father God for loving me more, for knowing my heart, for a Christ loving CEO, for a Christ loving sponsor, and for your mercies each day! STEAL MY SHOW!
