I Hate EEers please look below on this post, I received this from a person who works at an EE Store, I know he does as this person showed me identification. The following is from an employee who works at EE Shop. currently work for EE everything everywhere and I have been working there for almost 3 years. Throughout my time at EE, I have been forced to carry out miss selling techniques used to promote sales which are encouraged HEAVILY by most store managers and assistant managers. This technique is used throughout EE stores all around the UK and the EE directors/CEO are aware of these miss leading techniques and this has led me to feel depressed and stressed at my job as I am constantly lying to customers and deceiving them by miss selling to them which is encouraged by my store manager, which leaves me with no choice but to finally come clean about this horrible scam which EE are promoting to customers. First of all, when customers come to my store or other stores, we are told to LIE about the phone price raising the phone cost to up sell other products. For example, if a customer comes in to EE, for an upgrade or a new contract, we are encouraged to BEND the rules and charge them extra for the phone and then sell 2 pay as you go sim cards which have £5 top up each (before it use to be 4 sim cards with £5 top up each) and accessories which the customer is not aware about and do not have a clue that they have bought these products. The reason why we have to do this is because our individual targets are very high that we have no choice but to do this to hit store targets. The pressures for EE employees are so high that if they do not hit their target, they are put on a personal development plan which can eventually lead to a dismissal because they have not hit their target. This is a sick and disgusting method EE have been doing for many years and I feel ashamed for putting up with this for so long. Customers are being cheated by EE and innocent EE staffs are being forced to miss sell to them under pressure because of targets. Managers encourage staff to do this and call it bending the rules. They say it’s perfectly fine to do this because the customers are getting a good deal regardless of the fact that the customer has just been scammed into buying something they didn’t know they were buying. Im tired of lying in my job on a daily basis and i didn’t expect this to go on for so long, but now i feel its right to report the company as before I was scared that the company would fire me for exposing them. I am willing to go undercover and do everything in my power to expose EE and how they operate. Loss Prevention turn a blind out towards these ‘incremental’ sales which they the company call it and are fully aware that this is going on but clearly turn a blind eye to it as the company encourage this. Please help me find a solution and expose and sue this company for forcing staff to miss sell and causing immense stress and emotion to employees. I think this is all the evidence we need. Please Like this post and show were not afraid of EE.
