I JUST RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM MR PRICE HOME... WHOOO HOOO, TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING! SO IF THERE ARE ANY MY GUESTS OUT THERE STRUGGLING TO FIND MY GIFT REGISTRY... PLEASE READ BELOW... Dear dorraine Two weeks ago we informed you that the changes taking place to our gift registry service meant that your gift registry would only be available online – this was as a result of integration between our instore system, and the new online shopping system. We are so sorry that this change caused you, our valued customers, a great deal of frustration. And we apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused. We are pleased to inform you that the gift registry service CAN now be accessed in stores, which means that you and your guests can create, view or shop off your gift registry list in any Mr Price Home store. We do still face some technical challenges ensuring that the data is updated simultaneously across both systems (for example, if someone buys a gift for you online, this purchase may not be reflected in stores until a day later), but we are working on this and will confirm the solution is in place with you as soon as possible. If you receive duplicate gifts as a result of this, please do not hesitate to return and exchange them. Our store associates will gladly assist you in this regard. To those gift registry owners whose special events have taken place during this time period, we are genuinely sorry for the stress and frustration that you experienced at a time when enjoying your special event should have been all that was on your mind.
