I KNOW AT LEAST ON OF YOU JUST HAVE WANTED A NEW KITTY!!! AMY BUTCHER HAS RESCUED SOME AND IS FEELING OVERWHELMED KEEPING UP WITH THEM. PLEASE CONTACT THEM IF YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS A NEW KITTY!!!!! SHE HAS PICTURES TOO! Amy Butcher 470-9016 Courage (on the right) is a 1 year old Desert Lynx. He is TICA certified (with papers). He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and tested FELV & FIV negative. He is VERY loving & friendly, but not pushy or demanding. He is quiet & fastidiously clean. He enjoys being brushed, & readily tolerates nail trimming & ear cleaning. He is polydactyl on his front feet- he looks like he is wearing mittens! He also has a bobbed tail. Courage would only be suited for a home with no dogs. Our 3 dogs intimidate him (despite his 17 pound size), and he has urinated outside of his box (in areas the dogs spend time). We have not had this issue for more than 6 months, but I feel he would be happier in a less stressful (read: dog free) environment. Zaya (on the left) is 1 year old, and is Courages brother. He is a Highland Lynx (TICA certified with papers). He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and tested FELV & FIV negative. He is quiet & fastidiously clean. He also has a stubby, bobbed tail & will happily let you trim his nails & clean his ears. Zaya is an easy, breezy, snuggly friend. He LOVES exterminating- no fly, beetle, or spider stands a chance! He loves belly rubs and is a loyal foot warmer. He tolerates lots of dog slobber & chihuahua wrestling, but prefers other kitty snuggles to the slobber & wrestling. Annie is an approximately 4-5 year old silver shaded Persian (Fancy Feast kitty). She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and tested FELV & FIV negative. She is also declawed. :( Annie was found abandoned outdoors. She was severely underweight (4 pounds). She is now at her proper weight of 7-8 pounds. She is quiet & loving & prefers to be a lap kitty. She has a tender tummy & needs to eat little meals 2X/day or have food constantly available (something that doesnt stand a chance around here). She loves to be brushed (she DOES NOT develop mats like many long haired cats), readily accepts bathing, blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and washing around her eyes.
