I KNOW THE REASON WHY GOOD PEOPLE DIE... It is a year. A year of your absence, lone walk, and reflections. I know the reason why good people die, therefore, I chose Good people do not die for your tribute. I had more words same time even in grief, today: happy one year in bliss. This day last year, we talked at noon and you were ready to make your friends birthday memorable. Hours later, you gave up the ghost. If it is difficult taking the bitter pills of a demise, how then the more bitter piĺls of a sudden death? Today is Chinwes birthday but I am lost between causing her grief and giving hope. I have avoided her all day, no text, no message, no call. Months past, I wrote that angels are actually human beings and some friends considered my thinking as out of sense. How else shall I describe a lady that caused enormous change within such a brief period of time off sight? At her burial, the casket closed minutes before our arrival. Well, whether they believe or not, personal experiences catalyse the making of sublime thoughts. In life, we meet different kinds: I observed that she belonged to the class of angels. And she had that head, attitude and beauty. I know, angels lack none of the mentioned. The space she created feels larger than the sympathies of taking heart and trusting in God. But, I have decided to believe and move on. Thanks for your efforts Ifeoma Benjamin. Respect! Your contributions made me better and I pray to make others. Perhaps, that is the reason why nature brought us together. Above all, I thank God for everything: It is not a coincidence that you bowed out on All Souls day, I think. May yòur soul and all the souls of the faithful departed enjoy the fullness of Gods presence.
