I LOVE!! College football (and of course NFL!) and the thrill of each game!! Even better when it is raining outside and I dont feel guilty sitting inside! And the best is my kitchen overlooks my family room and can watch each down as I cook away!! Spicy chili simmering away - all fresh ingredients. Freezing up in individual serving sizes for the kids to pull and eat after school! Of course we will be enjoying some this weekend as well. Getting ready to boil up freshly caught octopus to make a chilled high protein salad with lemon, onions, celery, sea salt and olive oil. And for my son who loves wild game, he is (yes he is) searing up fresh venison loin with the minimalist of spices as not to ruin the true gamey taste. Per usual, our door is always open for any last minute guests to stop by :)
