I LOVE being a mother. I have never felt more in love, more whole, more beautiful, more free, more alive, more complete in my life. This is what God created me for, I have wanted to be a Mommy as long as I can remember and now I am the mother and guardian of two beautiful children. When I think about how blessed I am I cant help but cry. I get overwhelmed with joy and feel like I could burst. I may get sad sometimes missing family and friends, stressing about bills, wishing I could travel, etc, but when I really sit back and look at my life, I have an amazingly loving husband who is my best friend and soul mate, a cozy home to keep us safe and secure during the seasons, good health which is worth more than gold, food to eat, never going hungry and worrying how to feed my family, clothes on my back so I dont have to be cold... or in jail for indecent exposure lol, I have a loving, supportive family (of blood and friends adopted by bond) who is always there for me and others, they are so generous and giving, we live in a country that is not war torn and in complete turmoil...yet. I am not making this post to brag, but to say I am grateful, I am thankful to God for all he does for me, and to remind myself of how rich I truly am, I have been really down lately and need to focus on all the positives instead of the few small negatives. I let the little problems take so much of my joy and I need to stop giving negativity power over me. Life is good and we need to complain less and realize what a wonderful life we really have, we need to focus on good rather than bad, because there is a lot of bad out there and it will destroy us if we arent careful.
