I LOVE being a writer, but sometimes being a writer while in school and having other responsibilities SUCKS!!!!! I just want to take a day and just write my heart out!! Im working on a book that I really hope to be over half way (if not done with) by the end of this year. I love the book and how the story is evolving, but the writing and rewriting of it all with little to no time is crazy. Think I can ask my professors to not give out so much homework because they have a student who is a writer? Think I can tell them I will thank them in the book for the break if they do? Think I can get a doctors note for not-being-able-to-write-because-of-not-enough-time syndrome and get to be let off from school for a few weeks? lol. not likely. This is my writing time, and Im happy for it!!
