I LOVE my pressure cooker! Does anybody else pressure cook? Brown rice in 18 minutes, flavorful stews in 30 minutes, pumpkins and squashes from raw to puree in 9 minutes...this is so much better than a microwave! Not the best cooker out there, but a great deal if you want to give pressure cooking a try!
