I Love Southern California! I miss my sons a lot. But I have not had as bad seasonal issues here. I feel happier Feel more free Feel like I belong Feel like the culture is more me Not yet settled but getting there. Just about 7.5 months living here, 5 months in my apartment. Its been a HUGE change, NOW, I know why people get stagnant and remain miserable in their lives. CHANGE is very hard. Life altering change is extremely difficult. Only few can do it and fewer survive. It is rewarding though! What I did is not for the faint of heart. I takes a clear vision and determination mixed with a faith that says I will do it afraid. Its work but SO worth it. What helps me is the symbolic Turtle totem, always moving forward never stoping slow n steady wins the race. Even when movement is un perceived it is still occurring. Most people had no idea I wanted to be in SoCal, but I did for a long long time, now its here. When the moment was right it happened, I made the change slow n steady All honor and glory to God. Without Him I am and have nothing. Love yall if you need a change do it. You may just be happier for it.
