I MADE IT😍 Simply add a fresh and washed tomato before you start cooking the rice in the rice cooker. add some sesame oil, one tea spoon of salt and black pepper. Then you start the rice cooker and when its done, just compress the tomato and mix it with the rice. I added some cabbage too, to make it more veggie. On the other hand, I made a slow cooked (45mins) pork belly with TONS of garlic, yellow rock sugar, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, Japanese plum sauce and marinated the meat with wine for at least 24 hours before I cook them, so that the meat stay tender and surely, TASTY😋 by far, one of my most complicated meal I made and I just love doing it and of cuz, I enjoyed eating it.
