I N T R O D U C I N G the S I S T E R S Her name: Nia Where does she call home?: Born and raised in DC byway of CHI-town. Where is she now?: Living in a small desert town in the Ouarzazate province of South Morocco . What is she doing there?: Currently serving as a Youth Development Peace Corps Volunteer at the Dar Chebab (Youth Center) and working with some of the ladies in the community. Her current work consist of teaching English, Spanish, Exercise and Environmental Design. What projects are you hoping to work on during your service?: She wants to share her passion for the environment and her educational background of design with the people of her community. She hopes to collaborate with community members and complete projects that will improve her community both aesthetically and environmentally. She also plans to do work with the girls and women of the community focusing on health and empowerment. Lastly, she hopes to put on sports and fitness camps and clubs for the youth. A little more about her: She is a free spirit traveler on a life long journey to meet beautiful souls all over the face of the earth , leaving a trail of positivity, friendship and love. PEACE!!
