I NEED PEOPLE WHO ARE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT/ TONE UP AND WILLING TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST AND FALLOW MY FITNESS ROUTINE. IF YOU THOUGHT INSANITY OR P90X WAS CRAZY . . . THIS WILL TOP THEM AND ITS SO MUCH SIMPLER AND YOU CAN DO IT AT YOUR OWN PACE!!!! BUT YOU MUST DO IT FOR AT LEAST 15 DAYS AND IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HANG IN THERE WITH ME A FULL 30 DAYS!!!! or upper chest and arms/ core 2 sets of 5 2x a day completing one set of upper and core then repeating before doing legs adding 5 every 3 days Upper chest and arms wide arm standard and diamond pushups Core standard sit ups crossover crunches now with lower i do 30sec 2x a day adding 15sec every 5 days leg lifts (right and left) flutter kicks bicycle kicks
