I NEED THE HELP OF MY FB FRIENDS TO FIND A SURVEYOR AND A FENCING CONTRACTOR: https://facebook/bankbusterterry To explain, our home Grove Mill Cottage has stood empty and derelict since we were evicted in August 2008 because the state owned Northern Rock Bad Bank failed to execute due diligence when they originally granted us the mortgage and the bank only took out security on the cottage itself so it follows we still own land to the front and rear of the cottage which is free of mortgage. Please watch this link of me camping in my own garden: the-repossessed/AV/northernrockup1.wmv This situation means Northern Rock had a problem selling a landlocked cottage but then one week before Christmas they did a deal with Lee Smith director of Holtwood Development to sell him our home on the cheap so that he inherited the problem. When our fencing contractor turned up at Grove Mill Cottage to fence off our land they were obstructed with menaces and now when we return to do the job we have to notify the Police for protection: Dear Mr Armstrong Thank you for your email.
