I NEED to trade my thoughts for your conscience, because my heart is breaking. Ever wonder what happens when John Q. Public makes the decision to BREED, BREED, BREED their dogs for profit or for other foolish reasons (puppies will brighten my days... until I get tired of them). How many innocent dogs must die BEFORE you get the message??? In the last month alone, I have seen at least 15 different advertisements boasting litters of puppies for sale, just in my area of Kansas. There are not enough good, loving, forever homes for all these puppies. What becomes of the puppies you cannot sell??? Do you kill them yourself? Do you release them to the already over-crowded animal shelters??? Do you dump them in the country??? Do you abandon them on the streets??? Do you sell them to laboratories where they will be subjected to experimentation???
