I Need 100 Volunteers To Adopt-A-Spot Team, Happy New Year! I am pleased to announce that the City of Portsmouth is re-establishing its Adopt-A-Spot program! This program is returning by popular demand! A big thank you to all of our citizens whos volunteered in the past, to keep our city beautiful. I would like to challenge 100 citizens to call Mrs. Donna Corbus @ 393-8663 and volunteer to Adopt-A-Spot in your neighborhood! 2015 is our year to really invoke a Sense of Pride in our communities! Lets show (and teach) our younger citizens what pride in our community really means! I plan to contact each volunteer to visit your spot, and thank you for your service.
