I PREACH LOVE. I AM NOT RACIST. I DONT CARE ABOUT RACE. I THINK OF MYSELF AS A CITIZEN OF THE WORLD. When I say the Chinoy/Chinese controls our business, economy, politics and government, I am not being racist or anti-Chinese. I am just making a statement of fact. I really believe that is the truth based on the following facts: Only 40 richest individuals earn 76.5% of our national income. -- Cielito Habito, former NEDA chairman Only 10 tycoons control RP election. -- Philippine Daily Inquirer front page article in 2010. According to PDI, they are the tycoons who contribute P1 Billion each to political parties and politicians every election. The overwhelming majority of these richest individuals and tycoons are Chinoys/Chinese. They dominate our country economically and politically. Whoever control business control the economy. Whoever control the economy control the politics. Whoever control the politics control the government. Whoever control the government control the business. And the cycle goes on... and on... and on. I really think that Ideology and System are not matters of race or ancestry. Let us not forget that Dr. Jose Rizal had parents with Chinese blood. It is estimated that 30% of Filipinos have Chinese ancestry. We are all Filipinos now. What matter are the Ideology, System and their nature. Greed, selfishness, injustice, materialism, violence, domination and exploitation are the foundation of our feudal capitalist system. It was imposed on us by Spanish and American imperialists who colonized us for more than 400 years. In a system based on greed, injustice, selfishness, materialism, violence, domination and exploitation, who win and rule? The greediest, the most unjust, the most selfish, the most materialistic, the most violent, the most dictatorial and the most exploitative. The more this system develops, the more vicious and destructive it becomes. That is the system we have now. It is hopeless.... hopeless... hopeless. That is the system which produced the oligarchs ruling, controlling and exploiting us now. Pare pareho lang ang mga oligarchs na yan -- Chinoy, Tisoy o Pinoy man sila. They all failed our country morally, economically, politically, socially and environmentally. They are ruining our country. All ideologies and systems -- monarchy, feudalism, capitalism, socialism, communism -- had failed to create new and better societies and civilization for the last thousands of years. We need a new ideology and system. We create our system; then our system creates us. Ones got to change the system, or one changes nothing. -- George Orwell The new and better system we need can only be based on LOVE.
